In this episode Luke Hagan and the team from Moorebank have a major
impact on the interior makeover of this property belonging to young
couple Adam & Belinda located in south western Sydney. With the size
and shape of homes changing rapidly in the buoyant real estate market,
storage has become a top priority for homeowners and this episode of
DIY will show just what Stegbar can deliver in terms of creative solutions.
In a similar look to the built-in technology centre we installed
in the earlier Edithvale episode, we will be fitting a custom linen
cupboard in a primed MDF finish to the entrance way of this home so
that Belinda can finally have a brilliant storage space for all the
household linen and family bits and pieces.
In the master bedroom Stegbar has gone to work to design a unique
fit-out for the existing walk-in wardrobe whilst in the bathroom we
have recommended the installation of a Softline Series showerscreen
and matching mirror to give a more contemporary feel. In the children's
bedrooms, we will be installing a completely brand new built-in unit
primed and ready for painting.
Joe Kuballa & Chris Thick from NSW SIS don't get a rest either on
this shoot. Again they are charged with working their magic with the DIY
team to completely transform the exterior views of this property and add
immeasurable value with the installation of cedar door entry unit and brand
new aluminium windows in both the master and children's bedroom. Watch out
for the louvre windows been fitted in the master bedroom as this product
has become quite popular with interior designers. The installation was
completed on site over four days in late September, 2003.
