Part of the Building Code of Australia, AS 2047 is an Australian Standard that now requires all window manufacturers to clearly label each product with its performance in relation to wind and water penetration. The Australian Window Association has more details.

Our standard finish is a clear water repellent treatment, designed to prevent ingress of water into the surface of the cedar between manufacture and when the windows or doors are finally painted or stained after installation in the building.
