The wait is over… the renovation we’ve all been waiting years for is finally here! We’re thrilled to be partnering again with the Three Birds team for the BIG REVEAL of Erin’s very own family home.
Located in The Hills District of Sydney, Erin’s home had great bones but the brick exterior with the terracotta roof was giving 1990s suburbia and the tired interior needed updating to suit her family of five. The transformation is one of the Three Birds biggest yet and we can’t wait to share it with you.

Episode 1
Three Birds are diving straight into the most important part of this renovation for Erin, the kitchen, living and entertaining spaces. Her family loves to entertain so the small back porch was never going to cut it for their alfresco entertaining space. In the biggest structural part of the renovation, they extended the back of the house to add a huge covered outdoor room for BBQing, dining and relaxing.
Episode 2
Episode Two is jam-packed with room reveals! Join the Three Birds team as they work through the design, planning, building and styling of the front of the house (their biggest facade transformation ever!), the entry and mud room, the staircase, the powder room and the study/5th bedroom complete with ensuite.
Episode 3
It was the land that first drew Erin and Nathan to this property and this week it’s time to landscape it to its full potential! While the mature gardens and a bonus tennis court were already in good shape, the pool area and cabana needed a refresh.
Inside the home, the Three Birds team make over the family lounge room and turning a dungeon-like bedroom into a laundry you’ll love.
Episode 4
Episode 4 of the Urban Farmhouse reveal is here, and the Three Birds team is inviting us upstairs to witness the breathtaking transformation of the Main Bedroom, complete with a beautiful ensuite bathroom and not one, but TWO walk-in robes.
