eX Hybrid Accessible Sliding Door
Engineered with inclusive design features and our exclusive thermally broken panels, this door enhances accessibility, safety, and energy efficiency - supporting greater independence and year-round comfort for people living with disabilities.

Compliant Accessibility Sill

The flat sill design creates a seamless, step-free entry when rebated or with a builder-supplied ramp. This minimises trip hazards and making it easier for everyone to move in and out of the home with confidence.

NDIS-approved Hardware

Designed with accessibility in mind, the door handle features a larger, ergonomic grip area—ideal for individuals with limited dexterity or alternative gripping styles. A generous clearance between the handle and the glass surface ensures easy, unobstructed operation. Additionally, the snib lock is raised by 45mm, making it easier to locate and use with confidence.

This handle is NDIS-approved and is AS1428 compliant.

Energy Efficiency Made Affordable

In a world first, our exclusive eX Hybrid range incorporates a unique combination of thermally broken technology with the proven Stegbar Residential Aluminium Door range. We've incorporated this with our accessible sill to maximise energy efficiency and acccessibility.

Noise can significantly impact the quality of how we live in modern homes.

If you have a specific glass type or specification required for your project, the Stegbar team will happily source this for you.
