Residential Statesman Pivot Door
Featuring a wide chair rail design and glass panel choices, the Statesman Door comes with the added benefits of sturdy construction, low maintenance, energy efficient and available in a wide choice of powdercoat colours and anodised finishes.

Range of styles and configurations

The Statesman Pivot gives you plenty of options to give your home kerb appeal. Glazing gives you control of light levels and privacy. With a selection of eleven chair rail designs, add side lites, high lites or double doors for a statement arrival.

Built for Aussie conditions

Designed for harsh Australian conditions, this durable aluminium door is wind and water rated to N3 conditions and can be manufactured up to a BAL40 rating.

Designer handles

Choose from two stylish handles; the Contemporary pull handle or French door handle. The Contemporary pull handle was designed to complement the proportions of the door and chair rail widths.

Innovation built in

The Statesman features a cleverly designed self-draining sill, draining any water in the sill channel to the outside. A drainage flap prevents wind or water entering through the door.

Read about our popular energy efficient glazing options below:

DOUBLE GLAZING

  • Double glazing is the term used for when two pieces of glass are used together, with a gap in between. The gap between the two pieces of glass can vary to improve it's performance
  • Very common in the Northern Hemisphere, double glazing offers thermal insulation, security and noise reduction
  • Double glazing units can also be gas-filled for improved performance
  • With double glazing you can create large openings that achieve improved energy star ratings
  • Perfect for colder climates such as Australia’s southern states, double glazing also helps to reduce condensation that will damage surfaces and finishes in the home

LOW E GLASS

  • Low E has a transparent coating that reflects heat and cold
  • Provides great comfort in all seasons with better insulation and solar protection
  • Available in a variety of styles, including laminated and single glazed, Low E can also be incorporated into double glazing for increased insulation

TONED GLASS

  • Toned Glass will allow you to control both light and heat
  • Perfect for windows that face the summer sun and great for waterfront homes where you need to minimise glare
  • Toned glass will help reduce the need for air conditioning
  • Colours include grey, bronze and green, with a variety of tones to suit your interior and exterior design

Private

Privacy Glazing Range

The Stegbar Private glass range is a great option to allow in light, but still keep prying eyes out.

With varying levels of privacy via frosting, textures or laminating techniques, Stegbar’s private glass range is perfect for those desiring a sense of seclusion in their bathrooms, bedrooms and entrances. Commonly specified on plans, particularly in higher density living or built up areas.

As an added benefit, using Privacy glass means you don’t always want to install blinds or curtains, particularly in areas such as the bathroom, so Private Glass is the ideal way to ensure there is privacy while maintaining natural light.

If you have a specific glass type or specfication required for your project, we'd be happy to source this for you.
