Shipping Policy for Stegbar Shop Online

1. Delivery Areas
Stegbar does not deliver to all postcodes, however we cover most broad metropolitan areas in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Adelaide. Please check your delivery postcode before confirming purchase.
If your postcode is not included, please contact us via the Shop Online Support Centre or Make an Enquiry about our custom range of products
2. Shipping Costs
Standard delivery fees apply and are calculated at checkout based on your location and product type.
Large or bulky items (e.g., doors, windows) may attract additional handling fees.
Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly displayed at checkout.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days from order confirmation, subject to product availability and location.
Custom or made-to-order products may require extended lead times. Customers will be advised during checkout.
4. Order Processing
There is a 48-hour cooling off period where customers can make changes or cancel their order. This begins from the time your order is placed.
After the 48-hour cooling off period, orders are sent to production.

5. Communication
During the order process you will receive three automated emails from Stegbar:
An initial order confirmation which you should receive shortly after ordering
An email 1 week before delivery confirming your order and that it has been booked for delivery
A confirmation and reminder email the day before delivery

6. Carriers and Handling
Stegbar utilises a third-party courier partner to deliver wardrobes, shower screens and mirrors. Front and Interior Doors are delivered by Corinthian Doors. Windows and Doors (eg sliding doors) are delivered by Stegbar or Stegbar-contracted delivery partners.
Products are packaged to minimise damage during transit.
7. Delivery Conditions
Someone must be present to accept delivery. If unattended, re-delivery fees may apply.
Inspect goods upon delivery. Report any damage or missing parts within 48 hours via the Shop Online Support Form.
